Grand Terrace, CA – July 31, 2023 — Wilden®, a brand of PSG®, a Dover company, and a worldwide leader in specialty pumps, has extended its line of small air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps with the addition of the new 6 mm (1/4") Pro-Flo® SHIFT Series PS25 Bolted Plastic AODD Pump model and 6 mm (1/4") Accu-Flo™ Series A25PS Bolted Plastic Pump models.
The Pro-Flo SHIFT PS25 pump combines maximum performance and efficiency with superior containment. Featuring a bolted construction for improved flow rates and higher dry/wet suction lift capabilities, the Pro-Flo SHIFT PS25 is an ideal solution for all small-dosing applications. While the Accu-Flo A25PS pump offers the same benefits as the PS25 model, it features a direct electrical interface that utilizes electrical impulses to stroke the pump, providing a variable stroke rate that is easily set and controlled as needed.
The new pumps are available in a choice between two materials: polypropylene and PVDF. Polypropylene is a versatile material that can be used with a wide variety of chemicals. PVDF is a more specialized material that offers superior chemical resistance, temperature resistance and abrasion resistance.
For the elastomer options, the pump offers PTFE, Wil-Flex™ (Santoprene®) and Geolast® to handle a variety of chemical applications.
The PS25 and A25PS AODD pumps provide the reliability, performance and dependability required in challenging fluid-handling activities, making them an ideal solution for use in dosing and batching applications.
