Quattroflow® pumps are primarily maintenance-free thanks to their robust construction. However, the diaphragms, valves and O-rings should be checked regularly and, if needed, should be replaced using the Spare Parts Kit: "Diaphragms-Valves-O-Rings." We recommend a maintenance interval of 1,000 hours of operation or at least once a year. Depending on the operation conditions (pressure, temperature, flow rate, SIP, etc.), it may be necessary to significantly shorten the maintenance interval for the elastomers.
