Refrigerants are specialty liquefied gases – usually a substance or mixture most commonly consisting of fluorocarbons – used in a refrigeration cycle that undergoes a phase transition from a liquid to a gas and back again. Refrigerants are produced at dedicated manufacturing facilities before they are transferred by railcar, truck, or container cylinder for commercial and residential use. Refrigerants can be constructed via many different recipes featuring many different chemistries. As such, they require pumping and compressing technologies compatible with the wide array of chemicals used in continuous-duty refrigerant manufacturing operations. CRL Sliding Vane Pump

Sliding vane pumps offer superior priming and suction capabilities, making them ideal for line stripping, complete evacuation of heels and superior lift. The pumps feature unique self-adjusting vanes that ensure a fast and consistent flow of refrigerants.

  • RC Series – Baseplate regenerative turbine pumps with flow rates up to 200 L/min.
  • HiFlow Series – Baseplate or truck-mounted high-flow regenerative turbine pumps can achieve flow rates up to 600 L/min.
