Wilden Parts Cross Reference Table

As a result of our continuous pioneering efforts to develop new air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump technologies, many older Wilden® pumps have been redesigned and transitioned into our current air distribution system (ADS) families, resulting in improved operation and significantly widened application ranges.

In our mission to evolve air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump technology to enhance performance, options, reliability and applications, Wilden has engineered the most technologically-advanced air distribution systems (ADS), including the Pro-Flo® and revolutionary Pro-Flo SHIFT, all of which offer a lube-free and non-stalling operation, as well as improved performance and efficiency. Other specialized air distribution systems include Accu-Flo™, for electronic control applications, and Turbo-Flo™, for utility applications. These four ADS styles are available for use in bolted and clamped configurations, offering superior containment, larger-solids passage and the increased flow rates required for today's demanding operational needs.

Vintage and Obsolete Wilden ADS

Pro-Flo X™

At Wilden, we are dedicated to building an “easy to do business with” environment while delivering reliable products that help increase your plant profitability and lower your operational costs. As an step towards that initiative, we’ve decided to obsolete our Pro-Flo X™ ADS and standardize our product offering to ensure that our customers can easily identify the right pump for their application. This change will further accentuate the value that Wilden pumps and air distribution systems provide. Pro-Flo X pumps and air distribution systems will be replaced with the Pro-Flo SHIFT ADS. The Pro-Flo SHIFT offers up to 60% savings in air consumption over competitive AODD pump technologies as well as offers more product yield per standard cubic foot per minute (SCFM) of air consumption.

Wil-Flo™ and Pro-Flo™ V ADS

As a result of Wilden's continuous pursuit of new pump technologies, the Wil-Flo and Pro-Flo V Air Distribution Systems have been replaced with the Pro-Flo SHIFT ADS. This advancement in technology brings significant improvements to enhance pump operation. All pumps previously classified as Wil-Flo and Pro-Flo V are now part of the Pro-Flo SHIFT family of pumps. Efficiency, high output and incredible performance are at the heart of the Pro-Flo SHIFT ADS to meet your pumping challenges and increase your ROI.

In addition to the Pro-Flo SHIFT, Wilden has introduced additional technological advancements in ADS options to enhance the performance and reliability of AODD pumps.

 

M-Series ADS

In our mission to continually enhance pump technology, Wilden replaced the traditional M-Series ADS with the advanced Turbo-Flo™ ADS, which delivers significant operational and functional improvements. All pumps previously referred to as part of the M-Series are now part of the Turbo-Flo family of pumps.

M-Series exploded views and parts lists have been replaced by the Turbo-Flo AODD pump line and can be found in the Turbo-Flo EOM manuals.

In addition to the Turbo-Flo, Wilden has introduced additional technological advancements in ADS options to enhance the performance and reliability of AODD pumps. See the ADS section of the Wilden website for innovative ADS options.
