Materials of Quattroflow® Pumps

Quattroflow stainless-steel multiple-use pumps deliver the highest levels of purity, containment and, perhaps most importantly, cleanability in biopharmaceutical-manufacturing operations. The pump chambers are constructed of 1.4435/SS316L with a surface roughness of ≤ 0.4 μm.

Quattroflow plastic single-use pumps incorporate a disposable wetted pump chamber constructed of solid polypropylene (PP) or injection-molded polyethylene (PE) that can be replaced as a complete unit.
