M-61-F SERIES PFA FIXED SET POINT FLOW SWITCHES PFA Fixed Set Point Piston Flow Switches with Right Angle Flow

Constructed with an all PFA molded body with PTFE piston, the M-61-F Series PFA Fixed Set Point Flow Switch is built and designed for high purity applications. Due to its PFA construction this flow switch is ideal for semiconductor applications and others that use corrosive liquids or gasses. Designed with right angle flow and flare fittings of either ¼” or ⅜” the M-61-F Series Fixed Set Point Flow Switches feature flow range rates of 20 to 7,600 CCM for water and 300 to 55,000 SCCM for air. When triggered, the M-61-F Flow Switch will be within 10% of the desired set point, with repeatability of 5%.

M-61-F Series PFA Fixed Set Point Flow Switches have configurations available for single-pole, single-throw (SPST) or single-pole, dual-throw (SPDT) allowing for flexibility with different outputs for both the high and low set point. All Malema Fixed Set Point Flow Switches can have their own customized set points calibrated at the factory before shipping. Additionally, Malema offers pre-calibrated set point ranges for applications that do not require a custom calibrated range.
