Blackmer pumps are available for use in various high capacity CO2 applications such as a charge pump in CO2 injection well fracking, terminal operations, barge and ship loading, and off-loading applications. Blackmer oil-free gas compressors are ideal for railcar unloading and vapor-recovery applications.  Blackmer CRL Series pumps have a cavitation suppression liner that helps mitigate the negative effects of cavitation.

CRL Sliding Vane Pump

Sliding Vane Pumps

The sliding vane pumps offer superior priming and suction capabilities that make them ideal for line stripping, complete evacuation of heels and superior lift. The pumps feature a unique self-adjusting vanes that ensure fast and consistent flow of CO2.

  • CRL – Specifically design for harsh CO2 transfer pump duty – built with materials specially suited for Co2 transfer. The pumps are available in sizes from 1.25-to 8-in. and are equipped with a replaceable cavitation suppression liner that protects the pump from cavitation.

Bypass Valves

Designed to protect pumps and system components from excessive pressure damage. Blackmer offers five different models that provide full-flow pressure control to 250 gpm (946 L/min.) at 120 psid (8.27 bar). Installation is easy with NPT tapped ports in sizes from 3/4- to 2-in.
