  • HXL –  High capacity pump used for large bulk transfer available in sizes from 6- to 10-in.
  • XL –  Ductile iron heavy duty pumps flexible enough to handle liquids of all viscosities
  • ML – Shock resistant, ductile irons pumps with replaceable liners and end discs

Designed for high volume, severe duty applications such as unloading barges or ships, as well as transferring liquids from terminal tanks to loading platform, these reliable and robustly designed pumps set the standard for seal integrity and extended bearing life.

Blackmer® S Series Screw Pumps are self-priming, double-ended positive displacement pumps that offer outstanding performance in the most demanding applications regardless of temperature, viscosity or pressure.

  • Twin Screw – Built with a compact design composed of two sets of opposed screws that engage during operation to form a sealed cavity with the surrounding pump casing, these pumps are ideal for the unique demands of ship unloading and product transfer to distant tank farms.
  • Triple Screw – A positive displacement rotary pump which includes a male drive spindle, two female secondary spindle and a sealed chamber moving at uniform speed, this pump is ideally suited for applications including shipbuilding and the transfer of marine fluids such as lube oil or diesel.
