BioProTT™ Flow MCP

Designed for flow measurement applications on an industrial scale, the multi-channel platform BioProTT™ FlowMCP meets the many requirements of automated bioprocessing systems with a focus on single use applications.

Via a Modbus-TCP log, the measured data of up to four sensors can be fed into customer-specific process control systems where - depending on the programming - the measured values can serve as basis to control the pump speed or the valves. The additional analog interface of the BioProTT™ FlowMCP-a variants provides an easy integration with a standard setting, whereas adjustments can be carried out via the intuitive and user-friendly web interface.

On top of that, the space-saving design guarantees an optimal integration into the control cabinet, while the full compatibility with all BioProTT™ Clamp-On SL ensures the use in existing systems and devices.

Please note: Not all products are available and approved in every country. Please contact your local distributor if you have any questions.

Application

For industrial applications within a control cabinet:

  • Flow measurement on single-use equipment
  • Chromatographies
  • Adding media to bioreactors
  • Filtrations
  • Fillings
  • Process evaluation
  • Upscaling
  • Research
  • Control of process equipment (depending on the incorporation of data)
