Available Accessories to Pump with Confidence

With more than 20 years of experience pumping and transferring difficult chemicals and fluids, the Abaque™ Series Peristaltic (Hose) Pump will handle your toughest pumping needs — from abrasive and aggressive to shear-sensitive and viscous fluids.

Abaque Series pumps are available in 13 different sizes with flow rates from 15-77,000 L/hr (0.07-339 gpm), and are available with the following accessories:

Discharge Pulsation Dampener
Discharge Pulsation Dampener:

Fitting a pulsation dampener near the pump's discharge port eliminates up to 95% of discharge pulsations. The dampener also protects the pump, pipelines and instrumentation by reducing vibration, hammer effects and noise levels. Bladders are available in several materials for chemical compatibility.

Hose Puncture Detector
Hose Puncture Detector:

When connected to a motor controller, the capacitive sensor of the hose puncture detector will detect abnormal liquid level rise inside of the pump body and will stop the pump in the event of a hose failure.

Vacuum Kit
Vacuum Kit:

The vacuum kit creates a vacuum inside the pump body outside of the hose. This allows for the handling of higher viscosities, greater suction lifts, or a greater flow rate for a given viscosity.

Variable-Frequency Drive (VFD)
Variable-Frequency Drive (VFD):

Adjustable-frequency drives adjust a motor’s speed to closely match the requested performance of the pump. If the process needs to be set, the variable-speed control will make your pump more flexible. If you have an application that doesn't need to run at full speed, then you can cut down energy costs by controlling the motor with a variable-frequency drive.

ATEX - Zone 1 & Zone 2
ATEX — Zone 1 & Zone 2:

Complete pump units can be designed to meet certifications such as FDA, and can be made ATEX-compliant.
